Terms of Service

General

• Artist can refuse any commission without any explanations.
• You will receive a digital artwork send via e-mail or google drive. There's no any physical items.
• Commissions are for Personal Use Only.
• Commissioner shall not clam an ownership or authorship of the artwork.
• Artist have all rights to display and reproduce the artwork for any promotional or commercial purposes.
• Commissioner can post Artist's drawing on social medias with full credit to the Artist.

Commercial Use

• Drawing dedicated to be a merchandise is priced +$50.
• Price of commercial usage can change
depending on order.
• Chibi Icon and Sketch Bust-up's are not included.
• Twitch Emotes are priced with commercial use (credit to Artist is required).

Additional Fees

• After finishing a drawing small changes like recolours/ adding little details/ fixing mistakes can be done for free, largest changes like changing clothes/ pose will be charged extra.
• Rush orders may require additional fees. Price will be discuss.

Commission Process

• Commission can take a few days or week(s), about the time of making it and process Commissioner will be inform.
• There are only 2 revisions (Sketch and Lineart with base colours).
• Payment method: PayPal. Commissioner can also order commission on Ko-fi or VGen.
• Payments are upfront. Artist starts the commission after receiving payment.

Refunds

Refunds are not accepted unless both sides agree. Artist will make sure to discuss any concerns or issues that Commissioner may have.

Privacy and Consent

Artist and Commissioner are obligated to keep personal information private and do not share them to any third parties without consent from the other side. Once the payment is done you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
